TERMS OF SERVICE

Payments are only in Euros (€).

Payments are made via Ko-fi or Revolut only, and only after we've discussed the details and I started working on your piece.

Price can vary depending on the complexity of the pieces (e.g. complicated armor, jewelry etc.).

Backgrounds will cost extra, depending on the complexity.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% before sketch phase and 50% before final production.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Additional character costs + half of the price, ex: Rendered half body 110 € + 55 € / additional character, or Full body sketch 60 € + 30 € / additional character.

Write to me which character do you want to see, and how (pose, situation). Send me references of the character, and what should I be careful about when drawing it.

Once we discuss the details of the commission, you have to pay the half of the price. REVOLUT or Ko-fi ONLY! I only start working on the piece after I received the first half of the money.

I send you a sketch to see if you’re satisfied with the visual. In case you are satisfied, you send me the other half of the money, and I start developping the image.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

After the sketch phase if some changes are needed, I send you the modified sketch again, and if you’re still not satisfied, I’ll make one more modification. More than 3 modifications will cost an extra 5€ / modification - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

If you’re still unsatisfied after the 3 free revisions and wish not to pay for the modifications, end of the deal. No refunds.

Please keep in mind that after the commission is over 80% completed, big changes can not be made. That would mean me starting over and going back to sketching.

I don't work for deadlines. I have a full-time job, and commissions are my secondary income, please be patient with me.

Waiting time can be varying from a few days to 1-2 months depending on the complexity of the commission.

If you wish it to be done on a deadline it will cost an additionnal fee depending on the date.

Refunds only if I'm unable to finish piece.

If you are waiting for more than a half year for the commission.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I own the artwork itself, you cannot claim it as your own. I have the right to post it on my social media platforms or use it in my porfolio. If you wish it not to be posted you must say this while we are discussing the details of the commission.

Artwork is for personal use only. You may use it however you like (e.g. print, wallpaper etc.) as long as you don't make any profit of it, such as selling prints, using the artwork in a game, printing it in an artbook, etc.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

For commercial use a professional contract is needed. For further information please contact me at [email protected] .

You can post the artwork with proper credit given.

You cannot take off the watermark of the artwork.

I have the right to decline the commission!

You CAN'T use my art to train any AI learning program!!!
